Yoga can also be a good way for children to find balance from everyday stress. The CD "It's great that you're here" introduces children to yoga using a new methodological approach - practicing children's yoga with specially tailored music!

The children's yoga exercises, which are illustrated in the booklet in a child-friendly and clear manner, were compiled on the basis of the Hatha yoga style. This style is characterized by physical exercises (asanas) such as the dog, the cat or the turtle, which are based on the animal and plant world.

In addition to the asanas, the CD offers other practical examples such as breathing exercises (pranayamas) as well as relaxation and concentration exercises. The music makes it easier for children to get into the exercises. With the help of the songs on the CD and the illustrations in the booklet, children can practice independently, without any prior knowledge or pressure to perform.
